Besides tying music to life, this story tied it to death. I made mix tapes. My husband made mix tapes. I haven't parted with them. I could feel where the author was coming from even though his music was newer than mine. He did a good job of sharing his feelings, disappointment, confusion and love. If he wanted this to be a tribute to his late wife, he did a good job.

I loved this book! It was a quick read, funny & sad & definitely worth it. Discovered a few bands I didn't know I was in love with:)
