We have your wife. You get her back for two million cash. On an ordinary afternoon, an ordinary man, a gardener of modest means, gets a phone call out of his worst nightmare. Mitch loves his wife more than life itself. He’s got sixty hours to prove it. He has to find the two million by then. But he’ll pay a lot more. He’ll pay anything.

It has many twists and turns. The brother through me off. Det. Taggart could have helped. I love it so far, I am only half way through the book so far.

I read the book a while back but thoroughly enjoyed the story. I thought the book was well written and Koontz's suspense kept me turning pages to find out how it ends. Definitely worth your time.

This book captured my attention from pg one. At the end of every chapter Koontz uses his skill of suspense and intrigue that keeps u hostage to his words. I cannot wait to be captive again.
