This is not your typical "how to" book on the techniques of shooting pool. although there are some great tips on stance, stroke, bridge, aiming, etc. . . The real value of this book is Jeanette Lee's philosophy, and insight into the game. She shares her mental techniques for becoming a better player, and let's face it, this game IS mostly mental. It was a really easy read'; compelling, interesting, inspiring and informative. There are also some very valuable practice drills included that will help your game dramatically.

Its the perfect book to read if your struggling with your mental approach to the game. What fasinated me most was she feels the same nervous I do and im a nobody pool player. We are all human not inferior beings. But shr explains how to take that energy and turn into positive energy that will destroy your opponent. Your the best jeanette!
