I must admit I began reading this book because I wanted to check out something my 11 yr old was invited to read by friends. I thought it would be something we could share. After reading for about 30 minutes, I found I was hooked, not just on the book but the series. I finished the book quickly, but it would have been quicker if I didn't have to share it with my son and wife, taking turns. At that point I thought it would be a good story to read to our 4 kids in front of the fireplace at night. Not even my 5 yr old complained, although some parts were pretty intense for a 5 yr old. This is a great book for nurturing an imagination, teaching character, and growing in relationships. I have recommended it to many of my friends and family, and those who have read this book have all continued in the series and have not been let down.

Really amazing book. I cannot believe it isn't on the New York Times, it's soooooo good! Love the adventure and mystery. I'm sure everyone would enjoy exploring the world of Airwier. P.S. My favorite character is Tink! 😁
