I have no idea about realestate besides the fact that I just bought my first house 3 mints ago. This book is awesome all the math and reasons behind investing explained clearly. This book gives enough information for someone to get started or for someone to move ahead with their realestate investments. No make it big in 10 days bs. Says things the way they are. I have read few other books on realestate but after reading this book I felt I wasted my time reading all other books.
