I couldn't put it down. Animal books are really big to me so how it's written and the angle the author comes from is very important. I thought it was going to be just an account of his adventures and experiences, but it was more a journey to how he got to be who he is as well as why. Very good.

I love wolves, and love the story on how one man helped a family grow up an teach them the skills they need to be like their counter parts in the wild. Great Read.

About the author
SHAUN ELLIS is the founder of the Shaun Ellis Wolf Pack Foundation, a nonprofit organization based at Combe Martin Wildlife Park in North Devon, England, dedicated to helping wolves worldwide. He works with three captive packs at the park, where he gives regular talks and demonstrations to the public. He is the star of the Animal Planet show Living with the Wolfman and the National Geographic documentary A Man Among Wolves.
