The simplicity of the book is great! The details of you need to eat can be overwhelming, but can be easily done with some practice. My first experience with this concept, I did the prequel and never made it to the fast...because I felt so fabulous at the end of 7 days , i just kept it up for two more weeks. I eventual do the fast and I loved the drink so much I did it again in a short period of time! This book was the start of my journey to finally lose 35 extra pounds. Now I feel great and get lots of compliments!
