About this ebook

The twentieth anniversary edition of a transformative blueprint for ancestral healing—featuring new material and gateways, from the renowned herbalist, natural health expert, and healer of women’s bodies and souls

“This book was one of the first that helped me start practices as a young woman that focused on my body and spirit as one.”—Jada Pinkett Smith

Through extraordinary meditations, affirmations, holistic healing plant-based medicine, KMT temple teachings, and The Rites of Passage guidance, Queen Afua teaches us how to love and rejoice in our bodies by spiritualizing the words we speak, the foods we eat, the relationships we attract, the spaces we live and work in, and the transcendent woman spirit we manifest. With love, wisdom, and passion, Queen Afua guides us to accept our mission and our mantle as Sacred Women—to heal ourselves, the generations of women in our families, our communities, and our world.

This is a fantastic read and I definitely encourage many women to read it. So far, I have found myself connected to this spiritual journey through this phenomenal book. Some I beleive are gifted certain abilities from the universe. All of us who are in tune with the cosmic system know his or her purpose. It is just the matter of finding the right people like Queen Afua to guide me and others on our journey. I thank Queen Afua for this book which came at the right time for me when I had been searching for authentic holistic African Spiritual guidance. This is my calling...

Queen Afua's book offered a wealth of knowledge. I found this book to be both incredibly insighful and a benefit to the reader. I was given lots of great information to help me understand, care for, and keep my body free of illness and disease as well as practical, well working ways to heal my body and get and keep balance in my body. Queen Afua is a gem, a beautiful spirit and great advocate for the woman. I enjoyed this book, and experienced a mental transformation of sorts since reading it. I now know that it is MY responsibility to keep myself healthy and that it is possible for ME to do it. Five star review.

Changed my life, I truly believe my womb was healed and mind uplifted...I got pregnant not long after using (my husband blames twins on the womb dancing 😂) and hope to do it even more seriously after I have my babies 😌. I hope Afua will write a book for what is safe while pregnant (I don't think detoxing is) as well as children and she will have really written all the books the Black family needs.
