I loved this book i read it at least 4 times the past few years and it never got old. Its about a family who live on an island and the tourist come and one of them leave a baby on their doorstep! The family deside to keep it because of the note saying the lady would send money to them for the baby. The rest is all about how they grow up together but its very good!

I'm pretty sure I read this book when I was a fourth or fifth grader, and I was impressed and was very happy I stumbled upon it. This book is worth reading from beginning to the end; it would leave you more joyful, but there some parts that will may you cry, but it will bring a smile on your face.

It is such a powerful book, and I just love the story line. These kind of books really catch my eye.
