What's especially nice about the contents is the extra stuff tossed in, explanations of how to to do thing from poaching chicken to making orange pinwheels for decoration. I learned a lot about curries and I had only thought there was one! Lots of little extras like that made this a worthwhile purchase, even if I only make two or three of the recipes included I count this a winner. Highly recommended.
The recipes in this book are high-flavor, low in fat. The sweet potato pie is great, the peach crepes awesome and the lemon angel hair pasta delicious. It is also a great go-to book.

Just like the Oprah Winfrey show I remember watching years ago.
