I'm sure this is a great book if it would just download. I have tried everything it tells me to do plus emailed every source I can think of with absolutely no response from anyone. This is my last resort. Please please help me get this book downloaded and don't give me instructions that I have already tried about 20 times. I go to purchases then tap download. I have been to the store and followed those directions. I received an email showing I had been charged for this book and another email telling me to click this link to download book. So far nothing is working. It comes on the bookshelf but never downloads. Sometimes it even says paused but nothing ever happens. Either get my book downloaded or refund my money. She is one of my favorite authors. I pre-ordered this book. Never will I preorder another book. This has been one more headache. Thanks in advance for a prompt response...
