Visions and birds, beasts and Babylon! No wonder so many people either approach the Revelation of John and its perplexing imagery with obsessive speculation, or they avoid it altogether. But more than anything else, John’s vision is a revelation about Jesus Christ, the sacrificial Lamb who is also the living victorious Lion.
