M. Landrum ,

Common Sense Supervision

Mr. Fulton book was on point and resourceful. The concepts and management theories are priceless. The book itself is easy reading. I have over 29 years of experience in law enforcement, 10 of which, I have spent as a supervisor.

If more supervisors or managers followed to learns in this book, just think how much more productive our business of protecting those who can not protect themselves would be.
