Her book lead me to enroll at Health Recovery Center in Minnesota. It has completely lifted my depression, cravings and I love myself again while living a happy new lifestyle. I am confused, honestly really upset, that the Bio-chemical aspect of addiction isn't practiced anywhere else in the US.

This book helped me tremendously in the detox stage of my sobriety . Stopped cravings and felt great within a month. Sober five years now and when I feel a little off track I still use the nutritional plans. Highly recommended
