I searched for years to find one book to use as a day-to-day reference for my home and also my busy massage therapy practice. I've been using this book for about 3 years and have found it to be an invaluable resource. The charts are helpful at a glance just before a massage session, the recipes are wonderful for making all sorts of products, and the info. given for each oil is informative, interesting & helpful. When I hosted a ladies' DIY spa night, we used recipes and instructions from this book. Sometimes while waiting for a client, I flip it open and read a section. It's like a little study-buddy!
