About the Author

Charles Hummel served as the director of faculty ministries for the InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. He wrote several books and Bible studies, including The Galileo Connection and 1 Corinthians. Hummel died in 2004.

Anne Hummel coauthored several Bible study guides with her husband, Charles, including 1 Corinthians. She also taught children with special needs until her death in 2008.
