About the author

Dr. D. James Kennedy was the senior minister of Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; president of Coral Ridge Ministries; and featured speaker on The Coral Ridge Hour television program. He was also featured on the radio programs Truths that Transform and The Kennedy Commentary, which are syndicated on more than nine hundred stations throughout the U.S. and abroad. Dr. Kennedy is the author of more than thirty books, including Evangelism Explosion, of which there are 1.5 million copies in print, and the bestseller What If Jesus Had Never Been Born? He founded Evangelism Explosion, a lay-witnessing program used in more than two hundred countries of the world, and Knox Theological Seminary. He died in 2007.
