Judy Blume's body of work returns to her original editor, Richard Jackson, with the rerelease of four classics in hardcover. An African-American family moves to all-white Grove Street in Iggie's House, to be released in April. The author's breakthrough title, Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret, about 11-year old Margaret Simon's struggles with puberty and religion, is now available in hardcover as well as in a Spanish-language edition, Estas ahi Dios? Soy yo, Margaret. Two additional titles came out last season: Blubber takes on preteen teasing; and It's Not the End of the World explores the effects of divorce.
Customer Reviews
It was great
I think the book it's not the end of the world was a great book. It is great for kids parents who are getting in a divorce. This book thought me a lot of lessons about divorces and how kids handle their parents divorce. I think it was one of the best books I ever read. But the reason why I am dating it 4 stars is because the book didn't end properly, everything was still going on and the parents weren't 100% divorced yet. But the rest of the book was great. I hope you read this book. And I also hope you enjoy this book as much as I did
Great book!
I loved this book but I think if her parents got back together in the end it would be even better!
