I'm not afraid to brew now...
This is a great book for a beginner. They have taken the guess work out of brewing beer in the home. This book is easy to follow and makes brewing beer fun. I would recommend this book for anybody interested in brewing beer. Great job!
Great!
I've been looking for a book that show how to brew one or two gallons at a time. Low and behold here it is. Thanks BBS!
That said I felt more comfortable with the directions in the book because I started with brewing the Mr Beer way.
