Versitle and Awesome

I highlighted most the recipes as "must try," and the handful that I've made so far have been delicous and easy to follow. The book encourages you to try new things and switch up ingredients. The ingredients aren't too long or bizzar, but there are things that, while available, probably aren't part of the average person's shopping list. Also, the lemon risotto recipe got me finally liking asparagus, which I am very thankful for.

My husband is gluten free, some of my friends are vegan, and I'm a flexitarian. This book gives me fantastic meals to add to my repertoire.
