Step by step guide putting you back in controll of your blood pressure. Doctors don't mind giving you stronger and more potent medicine, but now I'm a firm believer in diet and exercise. After just two weeks on the diet , I went from166/117 to 124/82 and well on my way to a sustainable blood pressure management system. Dr. I thank you from the bottom of my healthier heart 😍.
