I am admittedly not an expert in this genre. Truth be told I have only a few others under my belt but I cannot rate this author as highly as I do Phillipa Greggory (sp?). I find her fictionalized accountings to be very much sensationalized and probably dramatic in nature. Although who am I to call a group of historical characters liars? In short this book was a wonderful page turner that taught me much about the Lady Jane. The read was time well spent.

A beautiful novel about poor lady Jane Grey. I felt every detail of her life was covered. Well written. A great page turner.
