This book kept me engaged from page 1. The best part was the originality. I've read sooo many urban fantasy series that have very similar plots, but I felt like I was just beginning to delve into a new genre. Please, please, please Ms. Lucy Snyder, finish this series quickly. Thank you for sharing your twisted imagination; I can't get enough!!!

This was my first real jump into the urban fantasy genre and so far there have been very few series that have come close to how much Im enjoying this one. Cant wait for the fourth book!

Really loved this book, fast paced and a good mix of magic and humor.
About the author
Lucy A. Snyder is the author of the story and poetry collections Sparks and Shadows and Chimeric Machines. She has a B.S. in biology and an M.A. in journalism and is a graduate of the Clarion Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers' Workshop. Born in South Carolina, she grew up in the cowboys-and-cactus part of Texas and currently lives in Worthington, Ohio.
