So many things I never realized that Jim had his hand in. Everyone should
read this book. He was an incredible person in so many ways. I enjoyed and
cried through the telling of the memorial services, something I don't
remember hearing about at that time. In my mind he was always this young
vibrant person. Then at some point realizing that he was born at the same
time as my mom and if he was still alive would be in his early 80's! What a
remarkable life and presence in this world.

This Book truly is amazing, its the first comprehensive in-depth look at one of the True Genius's of the Last Century. Frank Oz even states how the novel has captured the spirit of Jim Henson, Wow! I rate this high as any other great Book whether Fiction or Non-Fiction, etc. If you love Jim Henson, buy this book.

Growing up, I use to watch Fraggle Rock, and I really wanted to know about the artist behind it all. What I found, he was and amazingly talented yet very humbled man. I hope to be half the artist he was someday.

About the author
Brian Jay Jones is an award-winning biographer and vice president of Biographers International Organization. Jones is a devoted member of the Jim Henson generation, having been two years old when Sesame Street premiered in 1969 and nine when The Muppet Show debuted in 1976. A former policy analyst and advisor in the U.S. Senate, Jones abandoned politics for the pen in 2008, with the publication of his award-winning biography, Washington Irving. He lives with his wife and dog in Virginia. His favorite Muppet is Rowlf (thanks for asking).
