About this ebook

There’s something out there:
a juggernaut of evil bearing down to crush the Republic—
unless one lone Jedi, shunned and reviled, can stop it.

Revan: hero, traitor, conqueror, villain, savior. A Jedi who left Coruscant to defeat Mandalorians—and returned a disciple of the dark side, bent on destroying the Republic. The Jedi Council gave Revan his life back, but the price of redemption was high. His memories have been erased. All that’s left are nightmares—and deep, abiding fear.

What exactly happened beyond the Outer Rim? Revan can’t quite remember, yet can’t entirely forget. Somehow he stumbled across a terrible secret that threatens the very existence of the Republic. With no idea what it is, or how to stop it, Revan may very well fail, for he’s never faced a more powerful and diabolic enemy. But only death can stop him from trying.

Features a bonus section following the novel that includes a primer on the Star Wars expanded universe, and over half a dozen excerpts from some of the most popular Star Wars books of the last thirty years!

I really liked this even though I'm not a fan of the games. I love the sw novels but dislike the comics. also I feel like people wanted a spiderman ending where he learns a lesson and is ready for the next adventure. star wars is often the opposite of this. I've read around 12 sw novels now and almost all are really good but if you're going to read any of them read the bane trilogy.

this is definitely a quick read, the story is a average but is interesting to fill in gaps in the KOTOR into TOR series. The ending left more to he desired and by the time I got to epilogue, that's when I realized that it was the end and I was a little disappointed. To put it simple terms, the story was average foreplay and when the interesting intercourse began it soon ended right after it began.... average....

The whole story lead to a climax at the very end and then all of our protagonists are brutally stripped away. No one gets an ending. Very exciting, but it left me feeling empty inside. It was the ending for a horror story, not the redemptive tale we are set up for early on. Felt very forced due to the necessity to remain canonical with TOR MMO(also disappointing)
