Really liked the characters, the several plot lines all coming together and the engaging way the story unfolds and develops. I'll admit that I did just skim over many of the band/music paragraphs scattered throughout the book - a tad too much for my taste and, in my opinion, didn't add much to the story. Aside from that, enjoyable, easy read. Well spun and tied up nicely with no loose ends dangling at the end.

When I wrote a review for The Neighbor I had chills of excitement because this was a real book. It was so easy to be a part of the story. To be in that apartment building, on that street, in that museum and at the hospital when Malcolm finally cries.

Dean you kept me entertain for years. Then your books seemed to loose their edge. I stopped reading your books. Just happened to pick this one up. Welcome back Dean. Awesome job! .
