Good information

When I first started reading this book I thought it wasn't for me because I don't eat in fast food restaurants nor do I eat much in the way of packaged foods found in grocery stores. But the info provided is additional support to foods that are good to eat and not so good to eat and why. And I like the research results on the best and worst of specific brands. In addition there are some good recipes offered to boost specific needs of the body for a healthy lifestyle. It is an easy read. Some books bog you down with too much information which I feel is too much. I recommend this book as an addition to many other how to eat reads.
