Brant Pitre is professor of Sacred Scripture at Notre Dame Seminary, New Orleans, Louisiana. He is also the author of Jesus and the Jewish Roots of the Eucharist, Jesus the Bridegroom: The Greatest Love Story Ever Told, and Jesus and the Last Supper.
