I just returned from a trip to the 15th century and it was gripping! I wanted to reach into those pages and throttle two of the antagonists myself! It was fun bouncing from character's story to another character's story. The history came alive and I feel I can follow much better now the Huguenots' situation and how serious a time it was for them. I knew of the day named after Guy Fawkes and was happy to learn it's evolution. I reluctantly returned to the 21st century because the story ends
