Unabridged Audiobook
Interesting approach. In summary, “new power” leverages (mostly digital) networks—vs. command and control “old power.” Authors provide good examples (liberal bias, notwithstanding), well-written. Allowed me to reflect on my own leadership style. The authors underplay the challenges and results (see US Jan 6) of decentralized/networked organizing and overstate the distinctions between old and new. I particularly like the parts which analyzed how/when new power values are used (coopted) by old power organizations--including the Vatican. 3,5/5
