Great Read...well written and well researched A++
This is a really good book. It a great exposé about the elites in Washington and the perks the have carved out for themselves. The author's metaphor for Versailles and Washington, and Royalty vs the Government Elite is quite brilliant...it's well researched and elegantly written. The book doesn't read like it was written by a 28 year old...it reads like a book written by someone who has been covering Washington politics for 28 years. The one drawback is that it will make your blood boil reading about the sweetheart deals, lobbying jobs and insider trading these jerks get away with...but that's probably the point of the book.
