I read these when they came out when I was younger. But since my parents bought only one copy each, my 4 younger brothers had to wait for me to finish and pass it down so they can read them too. I had to read them very fast, haha. Now, I'm re-reading these at my own pace to take in all the details. Several parts are like I've read them for the first time. This series is my favorite, again! And I can't wait for Murtagh! Perfect timing. Thank you, Christopher.

This series has been my favorite for several years. I waited anxiously for the last half of the series and am finally able to enjoy 'Murtagh'. I've read these books 3 or 4 times over and enjoyed them each time. Everyone I have talked to enjoyed a different book for different reasons. I believe everyone looking for a young adult fantasy should take a look at these books.

One of the best fantasy stories I've ever read. I originally read them hard covered, then decided it's been so long that I wanted to read again. Story that tugs at your heart in all facets intrigue, love, war, death, resurgence, loss, humor. I could go on and on but without a doubt some of the best read material ever.
