Publisher Description
This Newbery Honor Book by E. B. White, author of Stuart Little and The Trumpet of the Swan, is a classic of children's literature that is "just about perfect."
Some Pig. Humble. Radiant. These are the words in Charlotte's Web, high up in Zuckerman's barn. Charlotte's spiderweb tells of her feelings for a little pig named Wilbur, who simply wants a friend. They also express the love of a girl named Fern, who saved Wilbur's life when he was born the runt of his litter.
E. B. White's beloved book is a tender novel of friendship, love, life, and death that will continue to be enjoyed by generations to come.
“What the book is about is friendship on earth, affection and protection, adventure and miracle, life and death, trust and treachery, pleasure and pain, and the passing of time. As a piece of work it is just about perfect, and just about magical in the way it is done.”—Eudora Welty, The New York Times Book Review
“High caprice on a farm, handled with wit and wisdom, that serves to put an imperfect world back into joint.”—The New Yorker
“A fantasy that has the beauty and delicacy of the web itself.”—The Saturday Review

My thoughts
Good book but please make your voice a little bit les scary
Hello
Hello I don’t mean to be rude or anything that I did not listen to the guys voices in Charlotte‘s Web so just stay away from that and I don’t think that it is scary it is beautiful I haven’t finished it yet but I’m sticking up for the pig wheelbarrow and I need to make sure that you don’t hurt my feelings about the pig
Happiness
The sacrifice Charlotte made for that young pig makes my heart sober. But the thought of how happy it made her feel to help him see his first snow, it’s why I love to listen. And the voice reminds me of my fathers. If only she could have had a happier ending. But the story has a very happy ending in my opinion, for Charlotte is at peace, Wilbur is happy, and the barn folk are full of life. How God gives such an open mind, and a beautiful imagination to these writers is one of life’s great mysteries.
Just so you know, I am only twelve years of age. Not a month more.
