Herbert Benson, MD, is an award-winning pioneer in Mind Body Medicine. He is the Director Emeritus of the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and Mind Body Medicine Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
