Well, even though that the contents is ok, the book itself feels like it has been written by an amateur. Using same sentences back to back, Using the word "Boundaries" in every single sentence in the book etc make this book not pleasant to listen to, at least for me.

This book is LIFE CHANGING. I've been following the author for quite a while and was so excited to hear about her book. Now that it is here, listening to it is already giving me more confidence and belief in myself that I can set boundaries in my life and work on having healthier relationships and relieving some anxiety. Nedra Glover Tawwab, a licensed therapist and sought-after relationship expert, has practiced relationship therapy for twelve years and is the founder and owner of the group therapy practice Kaleidoscope Counseling.
