It does tackle internet life, but this is really a multi-thread story of growing up. The words & illustrations compliment each other, making Alice in tumblr-land very much like a comic. Only minor complaints are that the tales seem to be based off the Disney versions, and the strong language was peppered too much, losing its' flavor in some meaningful scenes (like Cinderella's memo).

He has won the Moth StorySLAM, taught high school English at New York City's School of the Future, and served as a mentor with the PEN American Center's Prison Writing Program.
