Like Priestess Dreaming this book felt.... empty. It did better and there were some bits that had me devouring it... but then the excitement would begin to build and then... just tank out. A disappointment to the other books in the series and again much shorter...

Daniel is being chased by a rampaging ghost who seems to be after the sword Daniel somehow procured. The D’Artigo sisters must unravel the history of the sword and stop the bloodthirsty spirit inside from breaking free in this exciting urban fantasy. I just love how the D’Artigo sisters and their extended family members continue to hold me spellbound with every story. Each and every story brings more aspects of the sisters’ destiny to light which keeps readers wondering just what fate has in store for them and Yasmine Galenorn continues to add interesting and refreshingly different elements and intriguing characters which adds lots of spice to the story.
