It has a great scientific universe. If you like strong interactions between the characters I wouldn't recommend this though. It's difficult to see these life changing events interpreted simply. There was no depth with the characters to make you really like any of them. Everyone hated everyone even "friends." Other than the character interaction though it was a good sci-fi read that in the end you can relate with.

The book's episodic nature makes for excellent toilet reading. Each snippet just the right length for a decent sit down. The story is light and fast paced with well placed pauses in the action making it easy to pick up right where you left off.
