Very well done. All the Elvis Cole novels are great. Really 5 star, but I'm a huge John D. MacDonald fan and Mr. Craise isn't quite at that level of poignancy. Yet.

I like these books, but the whole gynocentric, bitches-do-wrong-but-we-should-make-exceptions-for-their-bad-behavior thing is wearing a little thin, don't you think, Mr. Crais? In your books, you put the useless creatures in leadership positions, you use tiresome prefixes like "Ms.," you call them "powerful" and "strong," etc., but you don't hold them accountable for their actions at all. So much for real, ACTUAL equality, fictional or not ...

Robert Crais never ceases to amaze me. With every book, it just keeps getting better. Bravo. I mean.. I fall in love with these characters a little more with every book - Cole, Pike, Jon, Scott and Maggie! Ahh! My heartstrings! And now I have to wait how long for the next thrilling adventure!?!?! Haha. I can definitely say it is preordered!
