The good point of this book is being according to research. But the author has no sense of humour. The book and even it's cartoons are not fun. It took 6 months to me to finish this small, useful, boring book.

This book gives me direction on how to deal with my procrastination. I do recommend you to read this book, especially if you feel your opportunities have been robbed by your procrastination habit.

A few interesting insights, but otherwise nothing really new for those a bit familiar with the subject, and a lot of needless explanations. The core strategies proposed could fit in about 4 pages instead of the 60 of this book.
