Gladwell taught me not to rush my kids off to school early. And now Megan McArdle has taught me to help them learn from adversity. This is one of those rare books that help you think about things differently both at home and at work. Disappointed
The book started out great but after few pages it lost its point. The book talks about everything and covered a lot of subjects but cover less about its title. The author seems very smart and knowledgable about variety of issues but I didn't get what I expected which was the "up side of down".
