solid Spenser. I'd give it a B. Good mixture of characters and action, with a tad more sentimentality that is usual. Anda nice touch of Christmas spirit.

I liked the story,true some of the characters didn't seem themselves.

Even better that a 2nd person could finish it and still have it sound like it was Parker writing it.

Parker was the author of seventy books, including the legendary Spenser detective series, the novels featuring Chief Jesse Stone, and the acclaimed Virgil Cole /Everett Hitch westerns, as well as the Sunny Randall novels.
