I read all 3 books a little over a year ago and I found them fairly enjoyable but this is one trilogy I wouldn't say you absolutely have to read. The first book is good and I thought it was a solid start to a promising trilogy. The second book I hardly liked at all. And the final book was also good, like the first. Overall the trilogy is decent. If it wouldn't have been for the second book falling flat there was potential for a really good saga. I'm feeling a little over-hype with these books....

I have read this book many times and it never disappoints, I always pick it up again when I forget bits and pieces. However I would like to know more of how the book ended. Still have lots of questions going on.

Don't waste $15 buy the three of them seperately
About the author
Ally Condie is the author of the #1 New York Times bestselling Matched trilogy and co-author of the Darkdeep middle grade series. She is also the author of the novel Summerlost, an Edgar Award Finalist. A former English teacher, Ally lives with her family outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. Ally has an MFA from the Vermont College of Fine Arts, and is the founder and director of the nonprofit WriteOut Foundation.
