Miles Halter is fascinated by famous last words—and tired of his safe life at home. He leaves for boarding school to seek what the dying poet Francois Rabelais called “The Great Perhaps.” Much awaits Miles at Culver Creek, including Alaska Young, who will pull Miles inter her labyrinth and catapult him into the Great Perhaps.

Looking for Alaska brilliantly chronicles the indelible impact one life can have on another. Winner of multiple awards including the Printz Medal, this stunning debut marked #1 bestselling author John Green’s arrival as a groundbreaking new voice in contemporary fiction.

You know those movies or books that are so good you don't want to watch or read another one because you know it will never live up to that movie or book? This is one of those books. I haven't read in a long time, but I got an urge to read and I'm so glad I picked this book! It's Ana amazing book I can't imagine who wouldn't like this book I defiantly recommend 10/10 even if you don't like reading. I usually don't do these reviews but this book totally deserves it! The characters are so relatable and you defiantly fall in love with them. Half way through there is a plot twist that made me put down the book but after a few hours I had to go back to it! Can't explain how much I love this book just read it! I promise it's so worth it😍❤️

Pulls you in

I'm not an avid reader. I'll probably pick up a book every few months and hope to finish. But for me, this book had me hooked from the very beginning. It took me about a half day to read yet had me thinking for days later. I don't want to go into full detail about what happens, but just know you won't regret making this purchase. Well worth the money, and highly recommended in my opinion.
