Abridged Audiobook
I had a hard time getting thru the second cd. obviously not what I expected. It was very repetitive.
This book has a lot of information for any women going into penopause.
Seemed a little "light" in content. Expressed some forward thinking views but fell short in the area of research to support conclusions. It was a very one sided look at hormone replacement therapy that focused on all of the advantages but no limitations. A bit too biased for me.
I rented this because for some reason I thought it was an autobiography of Sommers. As it turns out, it was... kind of. I enjoyed hearing about hormone replacement therapy, but I didn't need 5 CDs worth of repetition on it. Enjoyable for first 2 CDs, then I returned it.
