It's a good read. She beat the odds after captured and taken as pow in a post 9/11 American flag toting time. She is from rural Appalachia and that is where she went home. I hope she is well! She has done so much for her community since this catapulted her into the limelight which is more that I can say for anyone else. She is a hero for surviving and continuing to make the most from opportunities resulting from her pow rescue the torture they put her through.
