About this audiobook

Nicholas Flamel appeared in J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter—but did you know he really lived? And his secrets aren't safe! Discover the truth in book one of the New York Times bestselling series the Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel.

The truth: Nicholas Flamel's tomb is empty.

The legend: Nicholas Flamel lives.

Nicholas Flamel is the greatest Alchemyst to ever live. The records show that he died in 1418, but what if he's actually been making the elixir of life for centuries?
The secrets to eternal life are hidden within the book he protects—the Book of Abraham the Mage. It's the most powerful book that has ever existed, and in the wrong hands, it will destroy the world. And that's exactly what Dr. John Dee plans to do when he steals it.
There is one hope. If the prophecy is true, Sophie and Josh Newman have the power to save everyone. Now they just have to learn to use it.

“The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel has everything you loved about Harry Potter, including magic, mystery, and a constant battle of good versus evil.”—Bustle

A Greek Goddess in a Norse tree, totally awful!!! Much like your grammar, I couldn't even get through 100 pages before I had to stop because of your grammar.

ich finde die Geschichte spannend. kaum langatmige Sequenzen. die Charaktere könnten für mich etwas tiefer gehen aber ich denke das kommt noch. cool finde ich, dass man immer wieder Namen oder Orte erkennt.

At first I though it was a little weird, but I stuck with it and came to love it. Not just this book but all of them in this series. I'm actually now just finishing the last 30 minutes of the final book and I'm really sad my adventure with this series is about to end. Despite another (negative) reviewers point of mixing of myths that didnt actually belong together, it was still a good read. So what if in Mythology (which isnt real to begin with) something or someone was somewhere else. The fact they brought life and reasons to many characters throughout history, even real ones, made them all the more interesting and made me actually go look up those historical figures to learn more about their non fiction origins. It's a fun story set in both modern and ancient times, exploring famous names from the past and the life and secrets of nicholas flamel. I did like this narrator better than i liked the one who did the rest of the books, but you end up getting used to that other person eventually. this one was just better. his pronounciations were better.
