The story keeps getting better!
I used to get annoyed when the story shifted to the other companions. They were never quite as good as Drizzt. This book really revamps those tired old characters into a bunch much more ready for some cool and epic battles. Can’t wait to start reading the next one.
Great book but...
Solid book to be expected from the author. I love these characters and grew up on them. It was great to see that they come back together for a final adventure. I will see though however it is very low for them to use this as an intro to a six book series that doesn’t continue the story whatsoever. Once I found out the second book didn’t include Salvatore’s characters I decided not to read the rest of the series. Poor choice they should’ve commission to him for all six books keeping the characters together to the end. I’m bummed so the book is 5 stars but the series gets one.

Once again, our favored author fails to disappoint. The only failure here is passing the story on to lesser beings.
