“Magic Isn’t Real” Says Man, Then Becomes a Magical Cyborg
If you care about who Urza and Mishra were, then this book will help fill in the blanks.
Hits the important plot points but doesn’t linger. Trusts the reader to fill in the gaps, and the narrative knows where it’s going. For fans of Magic, this is a good read, though it may confuse some who have never played.
Lots of little easter eggs for fans of the game’s early years, but not impenetrable.
Recommend for Magic fans; a good book for those curious about it.
MTG Players Will Enjoy
I have been playing Magic The Gathering for years. This book is a tale from its lore. It is recommended if you enjoy the game, and probably not recommended if you don’t. It’s as simple as that.
