Same old lies to sell the dangerous myth of weight loss. Written by a scam artist who denies the science of healthy living. The description even pretends book sales are "proven results". Follow this book and ruin your heath.

Worst fitness book ive ever bought i felt like the author tried harder on trying to convince you why this book is so good and at the end he never gave us useful information

This book is no nonsense and just lays out what needs to be done to lose fat while maintaining lean muscle, and how to keep fit for life. If you are a yo-yo dieter like myself this book will show you what you are doing wrong, and how to change your mindset to get the body you've never thought you deserved.
